Features and benefits
Total power dissipation: ≤ 5.5 W @ Tsp = 75 °C, measured zero lead length
Tolerance series: Approximately ±5 %
Working voltage range: nominal 3.0 V to 75 V
ESD maximum rating 30 kV according IEC 61000-4-2 (contact discharge)
Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
